I designed a series of newspaper advertisements for Keller Williams Realty. I designed these ads to combine strong visual branding with clear, community focused messaging. The ads were created to promote Keller Williams Realty in the surrounding community, focusing on two of their realtors.

For the formal advertisement, I used a clean, structured layout with bold typography, balanced spacing, and Keller Williams recognizable branding, emphasize trust, professionalism, and local expertise. The contact information and service details were organized for quick readability in print format.

For the superhero themed advertisement, I took a more creative and engaging approach by using playful comic inspired visuals and energetic messaging to position the realtors as dependable “superheroes” for home buyers and sellers. Keller Williams provided me with AI images of their realtors as superheros, then I had the creative freedom to do the rest. In this design, I blended humor and personality with strong calls to action, helping the ad stand out in the newspaper while maintaining brand consistency.
